Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns center and attach it securely to your package.
Package Your Sneakers
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original shoe box and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
